Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Specialist with The Wonderful Company, you'll own the complete sales process from prospect qualification through contract closure. Working remotely, you'll balance active prospecting with responsive customer service, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Your success directly impacts our growth and customer satisfaction.

Core Duties

• Build and qualify leads through phone outreach, email campaigns, and digital channels to establish a consistent sales pipeline
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations for both new prospects and existing accounts
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements to achieve sales goals while maintaining customer value
• Respond to customer inquiries with expertise and responsiveness, ensuring satisfaction and account loyalty
• Record and track all sales activities within CRM systems, maintaining accurate forecasts and reporting
• Coordinate with operations, fulfillment, and support teams to resolve customer needs and optimize service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in inside sales, business development, or customer-facing sales roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication with proven ability to build rapport and persuade buyers
• Self-motivation and discipline to meet quotas and targets while working independently
• Competency with CRM platforms, email management, and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy when managing multiple customer accounts
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education or sales certification preferred
