The Opportunity

You'll lead the financial reporting function for a dynamic, growth-focused organization. This role offers the chance to shape how financial data flows through the company—from transaction-level accuracy to executive-level insights. You'll own the complete reporting cycle, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and analytical rigor that partners with treasury and audit teams to strengthen financial controls and stakeholder confidence.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP standards
• Develop and maintain financial reporting frameworks, documentation, and process workflows across treasury and accounting functions
• Collaborate with audit teams during internal and external audit cycles, responding to findings and implementing improvements
• Analyze financial results and variances, delivering insights to senior management and key stakeholders for informed decision-making
• Lead reconciliation efforts, close procedures, and account management across the general ledger
• Recommend and implement accounting policy updates and system improvements to strengthen reporting capabilities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including tax, treasury, and operations to align reporting and strategic objectives

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting analysis, or treasury management
• Deep expertise in GAAP accounting standards and financial statement preparation
• Proven ability to manage audit relationships and close processes effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and capacity to identify process improvements
• Excellent communication skills for translating financial data into actionable business insights
• CPA or progress toward CPA certification preferred
