Client Administrator

Evelyn Partners is seeking a full-time Client Administrator to join our Leeds-based team. This is a remote role offering the flexibility to work from home whilst delivering essential administrative and client support functions within our Commercial Finance and Financial Planning division.

Role Overview

As a Client Administrator at Evelyn Partners, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing their administrative needs and ensuring a seamless service experience. You'll work across our Commercial and Financial Planning offerings, supporting the delivery of client-focused solutions whilst maintaining our high standards of professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client communications, queries, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and organised client records and documentation
• Coordinate administrative tasks and liaise between clients and internal teams
• Process client requests and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution
• Prepare and distribute client reports and communications as required
• Support the smooth operation of client-facing processes and procedures
• Contribute to high levels of client satisfaction and retention
