Role Overview

As Senior Associate Client Administration, you will oversee client administration functions within our Commercial and Investment Management division. This contract role supports the smooth operation of client portfolios and accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all client-facing administrative touchpoints. You'll report to the Client Administration leadership team and collaborate across departments to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage client account administration activities, including portfolio setup, amendments, and account maintenance
• Process client documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Coordinate with investment and operations teams to resolve client queries promptly
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases
• Prepare client correspondence and ensure clear, professional communication
• Monitor client accounts for accuracy and reconcile discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end client reporting processes
