Core Duties

• Manage comprehensive client administrative requirements and maintain detailed, accurate client records
• Provide proactive administrative support to client-facing and senior management teams

• Coordinate communication and information flow between clients and internal departments
• Support client onboarding processes and handle administrative procedures from start to finish
• Manage and maintain client management systems and databases accurately
