What This Role Involves

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive focused on Cybersecurity SLED (State, Local, Education) at ServiceNow, you will lead high-value enterprise sales relationships with government and public sector organizations. You'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing significant deals for ServiceNow's cybersecurity and compliance solutions tailored to the SLED market, while building long-term strategic partnerships with C-level stakeholders and procurement teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies for assigned enterprise prospects in the government and public sector space
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across government agencies, schools, and public institutions
• Present ServiceNow's cybersecurity solutions and demonstrate ROI through security modernization and compliance enablement
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure
• Collaborate with technical solution engineers and customer success teams to deliver comprehensive proposals
• Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on sales metrics and customer engagement
• Stay current on government procurement processes, regulatory requirements, and SLED market trends

What You Bring

• Proven track record as an enterprise account executive selling complex B2B solutions
• Demonstrated success managing relationships with government agencies, public sector organizations, or highly regulated enterprises
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, IT compliance, and the unique needs of SLED buyers
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder procurement environments and work with government compliance requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills with experience managing enterprise-level deals
• Self-motivation and ability to build credibility quickly with C-suite and procurement leaders
