Position Summary
As a Systems Integration Leader in our Datacenter Engineering group, you'll own the vision for how Solidigm's SPD solutions integrate into complex datacenter environments. You'll lead technical initiatives that bridge product engineering, customer requirements, and operational implementation, ensuring seamless deployment and adoption of our next-generation storage technologies across enterprise clients.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute systems integration strategies for SPD platforms within enterprise datacenter architectures
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end integration solutions that meet customer performance and reliability standards
- Develop technical roadmaps and implementation frameworks for datacenter product deployment
- Collaborate with datacenter engineering, product management, and field teams to identify and resolve integration challenges
- Establish integration best practices and documentation that elevate customer success and reduce time-to-value
- Drive technical validation and testing protocols to ensure interoperability across diverse customer environments
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in datacenter engineering, systems integration, or related technical leadership roles
- Proven track record designing and implementing storage or infrastructure solutions in enterprise settings
- Deep knowledge of datacenter architectures, storage systems, and integration methodologies
- Strong leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
