Forklift Driver

Culina Group seeks a full-time Forklift Driver to join our operations team in Swadlincote, England. This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced operator committed to safety, efficiency, and precision in a warehouse environment.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Forklift Driver to support our daily operations in Swadlincote. You'll operate material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse setting, ensuring goods are moved, stored, and managed safely and efficiently. This is a permanent full-time position suited to someone who takes pride in accurate, safe work and thrives in an organised, structured environment.

Core Duties

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely
• Transport materials between storage areas, dispatch zones, and production facilities
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any faults or maintenance needs
• Stack, arrange, and organise goods in designated storage locations according to inventory procedures
• Maintain accurate records of materials moved and locations updated
• Uphold health and safety standards, including wearing appropriate protective equipment
• Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, tidy, and hazard-free

Qualifications

• Current forklift truck license or certification (ITSCAR or equivalent)
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or similar industrial setting
• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehousing environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
• Physically capable of working on your feet in an active warehouse environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
• Clear communication and ability to work within a team
