This remote, full-time position offers the opportunity to lead enterprise sales cycles with educational institutions across the Manchester, NEW HAMPSHIRE region and beyond, driving adoption of modern cybersecurity platforms.
Role Overview
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for Cybersecurity (Education) at ServiceNow, you'll manage strategic relationships with decision-makers at universities, colleges, and school districts facing complex security challenges. You'll combine expertise in enterprise cybersecurity solutions with deep knowledge of how educational institutions operate, purchase technology, and manage compliance—positioning ServiceNow as their trusted partner for infrastructure and security transformation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities with educational institutions seeking comprehensive cybersecurity solutions
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-level and senior IT leaders at higher education and K-12 organizations
- Develop tailored sales strategies addressing each prospect's unique security, compliance, and operational requirements
- Partner with solution architects and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and long-term account expansion
- Achieve revenue targets and maintain a qualified enterprise pipeline
Requirements
- Proven enterprise software sales experience closing large, complex deals with major accounts
- Deep expertise selling cybersecurity, security infrastructure, or related enterprise solutions
- Strong understanding of educational sector technology landscapes, procurement processes, and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-directed approach to remote work with strong cross-team collaboration abilities
