ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Cybersecurity specializing in the Education sector, for this full-time remote position based out of our Waltham, Massachusetts office. This is an opportunity to drive enterprise cybersecurity solutions to leading educational institutions across the nation.

What This Role Involves

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive focused on cybersecurity solutions for the education market, you'll manage high-value customer relationships and drive strategic deals with colleges, universities, and educational organizations. You'll own the entire sales cycle for enterprise-level cybersecurity deals, from prospecting through close, and serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts. Your success will be measured by revenue generation, account growth, and customer satisfaction within your education sector portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise opportunities within educational institutions seeking advanced cybersecurity solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned accounts to maximize revenue potential and expand ServiceNow's presence in the education sector
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, collaborating with technical specialists, solution architects, and account teams to position and close deals
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders at customer organizations
  • Manage your sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and quotas
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide consultative guidance on how ServiceNow cybersecurity solutions address education sector challenges
  • Monitor account health, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive customer retention and expansion

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record closing enterprise-level deals, with 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or adjacent technology sectors
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with deal sizes typical of enterprise accounts
  • Deep understanding of the education sector, including higher education institutions' technology priorities, procurement processes, and IT challenges
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, products, and industry trends, or ability to rapidly develop subject matter expertise
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
