Sr Enterprise Account Exec, Cybersecurity (SLED)

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for Cybersecurity (SLED) in Vienna, Virginia. This is a full-time, remote position offering experienced sales professionals the opportunity to build and manage high-value enterprise relationships while driving significant revenue growth in the public sector cybersecurity market.

Position Summary

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive specializing in cybersecurity solutions for the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sector, you'll own and grow a strategic portfolio of enterprise accounts. This consultative selling role requires you to engage at the C-suite and procurement levels of public-sector organizations, leveraging your deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and government buying processes. You'll accelerate ServiceNow's footprint in one of the most dynamic market segments for security and IT transformation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close complex enterprise deals targeting cybersecurity decision-makers in state, local, and education institutions
• Develop comprehensive account strategies and manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery through contract signature
• Build and maintain executive relationships with chief information security officers (CISOs), IT directors, and procurement teams
• Collaborate with solutions engineers and pre-sales specialists to position ServiceNow's cybersecurity and IT service management solutions
• Track pipeline activities, maintain accurate forecasting, and consistently meet or exceed quota targets
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize customer lifetime value

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with demonstrable success closing deals valued at $250K or above
• Proven track record selling into the SLED market or public sector government organizations
• Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, compliance frameworks, and IT service management
• Ability to navigate complex organizational buying committees and effectively manage multi-threaded stakeholder relationships
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated, results-driven professional with a documented history of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client partnerships
• Proficiency with enterprise CRM platforms and established sales methodologies
