About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology services organization in their search for a Specialty Client Partner focused on Products sectors including Retail, Logistics, Hospitality, and Transformation. This is a remote position based in the United States, ideal for a seasoned strategic leader who excels at building executive partnerships and driving data-driven transformation initiatives.

Our client is seeking someone who can serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while guiding organizations through complex challenges in Data, Analytics, and AI innovation. You'll oversee significant client portfolios while balancing delivery excellence with strategic growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with clients through continuous engagement, developing deep understanding of their industry challenges and growth priorities
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of client engagements while identifying and driving new business opportunities and expansion initiatives
• Manage a $5M+ portfolio with accountability for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and overall account performance
• Develop and execute account and business plans to achieve growth targets and expand client relationships
• Lead the deal-shaping process, delivering compelling presentations and value propositions to executive stakeholders
• Engage and influence C-suite and senior leadership to strengthen relationships and expand the organization's footprint
• Maintain a 50% utilization target while balancing delivery excellence with growth objectives
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering development of future leaders

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience within the professional services industry
• 10+ years of proven success in account or client management roles
• 8+ years of experience in P&L management, financial oversight, and deal structuring
• 8+ years of experience leading and developing delivery teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to travel 25%+ as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong background in technical program management within enterprise environments, particularly data and analytics initiatives
• Proven track record of achieving high levels of client and employee satisfaction
• Expertise in developing and executing account strategies
• Experience across diverse environments, including Big 4 consulting and/or high-growth startup settings
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, mentorship, and talent development
