Softwaretester (m/w/d) – Healthcare SaaS

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare SaaS organization in Düsseldorf that is seeking a Software Tester. In this role, you will:

• Ensure the functionality and quality of software products through comprehensive testing strategies
• Build and maintain automated test suites using Playwright
• Perform manual and exploratory testing of software interfaces
• Collaborate with the development team to evolve and refine the overall test strategy
• Shape modern test automation practices and establish effective QA processes
• Evaluate and implement new testing tools, including AI-assisted automation solutions

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
• Several years of practical experience in software testing
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools, particularly Playwright
• Working knowledge of additional testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, Fiddler, Jira, and Xray
• Proven experience with test strategies and modern test automation approaches
• Understanding of maintainable, practical, and sustainable automation solutions
• Keen eye for detail when working with complex software interfaces
• Proactive mindset with ideas for improving quality assurance and test automation
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
