Fusion Technical Lead (US Remote)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization in their search for a Fusion Technical Lead to join their global IT team on a fully remote basis within the United States. This is a strategic role focused on Oracle EBS modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

Our client is seeking a proven technical leader who can drive major enterprise application programs while serving as the bridge between business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, and delivery teams. You'll lead the technical vision for migrating from Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud while maintaining operational excellence across their current environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture, validation, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules across the enterprise application landscape
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and enterprise architecture to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions spanning Oracle EBS, CPQ, and Fusion Cloud
• Partner with Product Owners and Business System Analysts to develop strategic vision and product roadmap for EBS-to-Fusion migration
• Coordinate project delivery across internal IT teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert, providing technical guidance to Product Owners and business stakeholders throughout transformation initiatives
• Drive Agile Scrum delivery practices to execute high-impact projects and system improvements
• Guide development teams in establishing best practices for CI/CD, development standards, and maintaining high-performing Oracle environments
• Evaluate new Oracle Fusion Cloud products and features, recommending adoption strategies
• Communicate technical risks and issues to leadership with recommended mitigation solutions
• Foster an agile, innovative culture within technical teams

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional IT experience
• 5+ years leading Oracle EBS projects in enterprise environments
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion migration projects
• Proven track record designing and troubleshooting Oracle EBS suite applications
• Strong proficiency with Agile Scrum methodologies

Technical and Behavioral Skills:

• Deep expertise in Oracle EBS, CPQ, and Oracle Fusion Cloud architectures
• Strategic thinking with ability to propose creative, practical solutions to complex business challenges
• Detail-oriented with strong independent problem-solving capabilities

Work Arrangement: Fully remote within the United States. Travel required less than 10% of the time.

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $150,000 - $170,000 USD annually, based on experience and qualifications.
