Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential biopharmaceutical organization seeking a Clinical Operations Lead to join their sponsor-dedicated clinical trial execution team. This remote position offers the opportunity to manage clinical research projects across diverse therapeutic areas while working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

The Clinical Operations Lead will support operational execution of clinical trials, maintain alignment with study timelines, and serve as a key liaison with contract research organizations and vendors to manage critical trial activities.

Responsibilities

• Review, develop, and write clinical trial documentation including study manuals, laboratory plans, and biomarker strategies
• Create master informed consent form templates and review site-specific modifications; update templates for new risks and amendment information
• Participate in feasibility assessments and evaluation of investigative sites
• Develop and manage study timelines and priorities, including recruitment strategies and patient retention plans
• Plan and organize investigator and coordinator meetings with team support
• Assist in developing investigational product and co-medication strategies
• Monitor study-specific timelines and key deliverables with focus on vendor management (monitoring, sample management, IVRS, laboratory)
• Build relationships with investigational sites and institutions to enhance trial conduct
• Act as preliminary liaison for study sites to convey trial information and answer questions in accordance with escalation pathways

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or relevant clinical research experience
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical project management
• Proven work experience and knowledge of oncology therapeutic area
• Bachelor's degree or relevant degree with strong emphasis on science
• Prior experience assisting in the conduct and management of multinational or global clinical trials
• Strong experience in vendor management
• Working knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practices and relevant regulatory requirements
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities across several protocols and therapeutic areas simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with internal teams, sites, and vendors
• Candidates must be based in the United States
