About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential pharmaceutical commercialization organization seeking a Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist. In this remote role, you'll execute strategic virtual interactions with healthcare professionals and office staff across an assigned territory in the United States. This position focuses on delivering clinical education, building relationships through digital channels, and supporting product adoption through proficient virtual selling.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned healthcare targets to deliver effective sales presentations
• Articulate clinical information to office staff using educational resources and support materials in a virtual environment
• Build trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication with healthcare professionals and office staff
• Provide comprehensive office support by ensuring staff has appropriate tools and resources to drive product value
• Plan and organize territory activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage according to strategic action plans
• Maintain accurate territory information and ensure compliance with all reporting and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement)
• 1+ years of B2B and/or pharmaceutical sales experience
• Strong account management and collaboration skills
• Technical and computer proficiency for virtual selling platforms
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation
• Expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building success via digital promotion
• Effective prioritization and planning abilities while maintaining adherence to compliance guidelines

Preferred qualifications:

• 1+ years of virtual or inside healthcare sales experience
• Ability to quickly learn and convey complex product information to healthcare professionals

This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States.

Pay

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $65,000. This role may also include eligibility to earn commissions or bonuses based on company and individual performance. Benefits include health coverage (medical, dental, and vision), 401k with company match, and flexible paid time off.
