Account Executive , DACH market

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in their search for an Account Executive focused on the DACH market. This is a Berlin-based role with a fast-growing communications technology company that serves thousands of organizations worldwide.

Our client operates at the intersection of customer communications and AI, delivering solutions that help teams close more deals, resolve issues faster, and scale efficiently. This is a high-impact sales role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualified prospects in the SMB segment through the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to contract close
• Execute outbound selling strategies to build pipeline and identify new business opportunities
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and articulate value propositions to strategic prospects
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and generate enthusiasm across decision-maker groups
• Provide technical guidance and successfully lead prospects through proof of concept evaluations
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development Representatives to maximize pipeline quality
• Accurately forecast monthly revenue and consistently achieve or exceed quota targets
• Represent our client with professionalism and integrity in all prospect interactions

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German with full professional proficiency in English (mandatory)
• 2-5 years of sales experience in a closing role
• Proven track record of closing net new business and generating pipeline through prospecting
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPICED or MEDDIC is a bonus
• Proactive, driven approach to identifying business pain points and driving urgency
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Competitive mindset with a commitment to achieving goals and continuous improvement
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of quota attainment
• Comfort working in a fast-learning, entrepreneurial environment
