About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential tech organization headquartered in Munich that is building the future of flexible work solutions. Our talent team is searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join their People & Culture function and drive end-to-end recruiting while helping shape their employer brand presence.

This role offers genuine ownership from day one. You'll manage the complete recruiting lifecycle across all departments and locations, working in a flexible hybrid model from their modern Munich office. The position combines hands-on recruiting excellence with strategic employer branding development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting processes independently from briefing through offer acceptance, including channel strategy, candidate screening, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies using creative outreach across multiple channels to build talent pipelines
  • Maintain rigorous ATS hygiene and process discipline to ensure pipeline transparency and scalability
  • Partner with hiring managers as a strategic peer, advising on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and interview design
  • Design and deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reflect the organization's employer brand at every touchpoint
  • Develop employer branding initiatives that authentically represent company culture and values
  • Build credible brand ambassador presence on LinkedIn and other professional platforms
  • Identify and implement employer branding strategies that drive measurable reach and engagement

What We're Looking For

  • Several years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, demanding hiring environment
  • Advanced active sourcing skills including boolean search strings and talent identification outside traditional channels
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own recruiting processes from strategy through close
  • Strong track record of stakeholder management and hiring manager partnership
  • Practical experience with ATS systems and maintaining rigorous process discipline
  • Genuine interest in employer branding as a recruiting lever with willingness to experiment and iterate
  • Fluency in both German and English required
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all organizational levels
  • Builder mindset with bias toward action and results-oriented decision making
  • EU work authorization (EU passport required for workation benefit eligibility)

Location and Benefits

This position is based in Munich with a flexible hybrid work model.
