Produktmanager im Bereich Prozessanalytik / TOC (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential instrumentation organization in their search for a Product Manager specializing in process analytics and TOC (Total Organic Carbon) measurement technology. In this role, you will:

• Manage products across the complete lifecycle—from initial concept through development, market launch, and ongoing optimization
• Develop product strategies, conduct market analyses, and create go-to-market concepts for B2B analytical instrumentation
• Serve as Product Owner, collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and service teams
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, analyze technical requirements, and translate them into compelling product solutions
• Independently manage industry verticals and key B2B customer relationships
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and customers

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Chemistry, Process Engineering, Physics, or Industrial Engineering
• Knowledge of chemical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries strongly preferred
• Strong technical aptitude with proven B2B marketing experience
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Deep understanding of technical systems and complex interdependencies
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; comfort working across cultures
