Werkstudent (m/w/d) Business Administration Schwerpunkt AI

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B services organization in Cologne that is building out an AI Center of Excellence. As a working student in Business Administration with a focus on AI, you will:

• Support AI Business Case Analysts in identifying, analyzing, and developing economically relevant AI use cases into solid business cases
• Analyze processes across sales, customer operations, and internal business areas to identify opportunities for automation and optimization
• Evaluate and prioritize AI potential by making the economic value of AI solutions measurable and creating well-founded decision templates for new projects
• Develop management reports and KPIs by supporting the creation of presentations, business cases, KPI models, and management documentation for current and planned AI initiatives
• Work closely with AI Engineers and business departments as part of a newly established AI Center of Excellence, gaining comprehensive insight into the development and implementation of modern AI solutions

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with:

• Current enrollment in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Digital Business, or a comparable program with a focus on AI
• Enthusiasm for the business applications of AI and a desire to learn how to create robust business cases; ideally with some experience contributing to business case development
• Entrepreneurial thinking with enjoyment in analyzing contexts, evaluating data, and structuring solutions; ideally with initial knowledge in data analysis, business intelligence, controlling, process management, or KPI management
• Ability to work regularly on-site in Cologne
• Structured work approach and strong communication skills in German (minimum C1 level) with the ability to present complex relationships clearly

Pay
