Wir vertreten einen führenden Kunden im Bereich erneuerbare Energien, der einen erfahrenen Senior Einkäufer (m/w/d) für Bau- und Netzinfrastruktur in Berlin sucht. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die strategische Steuerung komplexer Beschaffungsprozesse für Energieprojekte und arbeiten eng mit internen Fachabteilungen zusammen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Strategische Steuerung und Koordination des Einkaufs von Bau- und Netzinfrastrukturleistungen über alle Projektphasen
- Eigenständige Vorbereitung, Führung und Abschluss komplexer Vertragsverhandlungen mit Generalunternehmern, Bauunternehmen und Netzdienstleistern
- Verantwortung für die Beschaffung von elektrotechnischer Infrastruktur (Umspannwerke, Transformatoren, Blindleistungskompensationsanlagen), Bauleistungen und Tiefbaugewerken
- Steuerung einkaufsrelevanter Aktivitäten in Abstimmung mit Grid, Construction, Engineering, Projektmanagement und Legal
- Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen und Vergaben unter Sicherstellung wirtschaftlicher und technischer Beschaffungsstrategien
- Analyse von Beschaffungsmärkten und Lieferantenstrukturen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Vertragsmanagement während der Projektumsetzung sowie Begleitung von Nachtrags- und Claim-Prozessen
- Aufbau nachhaltiger Lieferantenbeziehungen
Was wir suchen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen, Bauwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf komplexer Bau-, Infrastruktur- oder EPC-Projekte
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von Netzinfrastrukturprojekten, Bauleistungen und Tiefbaugewerken
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung komplexer Vertragsverhandlungen sowie im Management von Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeprozessen
- Durchsetzungsstarke, kommunikationssichere Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
- Erfahrung im Umfeld der Energiebranche oder erneuerbaren Energien ist von Vorteil
