(Senior) Sales Operations Manager (gn)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential mobility solutions organization in their search for a Senior Sales Operations Manager. In this role, you will play a central part in building and scaling a high-performing sales organization.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and standardizing sales processes across the entire customer journey, developing them for sustainable scale
• Further developing the CRM and sales tool landscape, particularly HubSpot, while ensuring data quality and consistent system usage
• Identifying opportunities for automation, implementing AI-supported solutions, and introducing new technologies to the sales organization in a structured way
• Establishing KPI frameworks, forecasting models, performance dashboards, and regular quality reviews
• Analyzing conversion rates, sales cycles, deal sizes, and segment performance, turning findings into concrete improvements
• Supporting Sales Leadership and team leads with clear decision-making insights and coordinating closely with Marketing and Operations teams

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Several years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or process management
• Strong hands-on CRM expertise, ideally with HubSpot or Dynamics
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with KPIs, reporting, and forecasting
• Highly skilled at designing structured processes and scalable ways of working
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Ownership mentality with proven ability to turn ideas into reliable implementation
• Excellent German language skills at C2 level and good English skills at minimum B2 level

Location: Remote within Germany
