Working Student – Junior Solutions Consultant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT consulting firm in Germany, and our talent team is seeking a Working Student to join as a Junior Solutions Consultant. In this role, you will:

• Develop and present innovative proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the capabilities of work management and collaboration solutions
• Design and implement project portfolio management solutions with dashboards and visual interfaces
• Create process diagrams and project management office solutions using leading collaboration platforms
• Assist in training sessions with stakeholders to support change management initiatives
• Take ownership of sub-projects throughout the customer journey, from initial contact through successful implementation
• Support management by researching prospects, customers, and industries using CRM software
• Create account overviews and maintain client relationship documentation

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in business management, business administration, economics, computer science, or a related field at a German university
• Initial experience from working student activities or internships
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in an understandable manner
• Passion for software and digital technologies
• Practical experience with Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
• Creative problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently and contribute original ideas
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment
• Fluent in both English and German; additional languages are a plus
