Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential automotive client seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact projects from initial estimation through final invoicing. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client guidance and development, working in close strategic alignment with senior leadership.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end project delivery—from budgeting and proposal development through cost control and final reconciliation
  • Managing diverse project formats including competitive analysis, trend research, retail strategies, event activations, and roadshow campaigns
  • Providing mentorship and professional development to junior project management and consulting staff
  • Coordinating cross-functional internal teams, external vendors, and partners while maintaining quality standards, budgets, and timelines
  • Driving holistic client relationship management and strategic advisory

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in project management and consulting, ideally with deep expertise in the automotive industry or live experience sector
  • Proven track record leading and developing project teams with strong commercial acumen and strategic advisory capabilities
  • High flexibility and enthusiasm for varied work spanning strategic concepting (format development, strategy consulting) to operational execution
  • Cross-disciplinary mindset, strong team orientation, and ability to maintain oversight during intensive project phases
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in both German and English
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Stuttgart
