Senior User Acquisition Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential visual technology company in Paris that is scaling their paid acquisition efforts. Our talent team is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and optimize their largest paid channel while driving strategic growth in the SMB segment.

This is a hybrid role based in Paris, working closely with creative, data, and product teams to scale performance marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta advertising with a seven-figure monthly budget, consistently hitting ROAS and LTV:CAC targets while accelerating spend toward SMB and business audiences
• Drive the creative feedback loop end-to-end by mining performance data for insights, generating creative hypotheses, and providing the in-house creative team with structured, data-backed direction
• Build and run a high-velocity testing engine across audiences, creatives, campaign structures, and micro-personas to compound insights and learnings
• Connect channel performance to unit economics and incrementality, partnering on attribution and measurement to ensure spend decisions reflect true incremental value
• Build internal tooling and automations to make user acquisition faster and more autonomous, working in an AI-native environment
• Partner closely with creative, data, and product teams to turn performance signals into winning ad strategies

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in performance marketing with deep, hands-on Meta expertise managing six-figure monthly budgets against LTV:CAC targets
• Proven track record of partnering closely with creative teams—you generate hypotheses from data, provide clear briefs, and close the feedback loop
• Strong analytical depth: comfortable with attribution, incrementality, and unit economics, able to tie channel decisions to business outcomes
• High agency and ownership: you take ambiguous problems and drive them to shipped outcomes without waiting to be directed
• Candid, collaborative, team-first operator who communicates openly and gives and receives feedback well
• AI-native way of working—you build tools and automate workflows rather than waiting on engineering or data support
• Nice-to-have: Experience marketing to SMBs or in PLG/SaaS environments
• Must be able to work hybrid from Paris

Pay

This role offers competitive compensation including equity. Our client provides 30 days annual leave plus local public holidays, €1,000 annual learning budget, private health insurance, mental health support, sports and cultural activities reimbursement, and relocation support up to €10,000 for candidates moving to France.
