Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting organization seeking a working student to support public sector transformation projects in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will work closely with our client's consulting team on organizational development initiatives:

• Support project planning, coordination, and implementation activities within client engagements
• Assist with preparation, coordination, and delivery of workshops and training sessions for public sector clients
• Create professional presentations and workshop materials
• Provide editorial support for proposals and client reports
• Conduct market research on current trends and developments in the public sector
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery methods

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student for at least one more year in organizational psychology, business administration, social sciences, HR-focused business studies, or a related field
• Available to work 16-20 hours per week during the semester
• Strong interest in organizational development and consulting
• Graphic design skills and enjoyment in creating visually appealing training materials, flipcharts, and PowerPoint presentations
• Hands-on mentality with ability to take full ownership of assigned tasks
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with diverse stakeholders
• German language proficiency required for this Düsseldorf-based position
