Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting organization seeking a working student for marketing and design. In this role, you will create and design diverse marketing materials including fact sheets, flyers, and brochures while supporting broader marketing activities. You'll conceptualize and produce photo and video content for both internal and external audiences. Additionally, you'll manage and develop the social media presence and contribute to website content creation.

This position offers hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools, including building custom AI agents. You'll deepen your practical knowledge in professional photography and audience-appropriate video editing while learning to communicate complex content clearly and align design with target audiences and objectives. Throughout your work, you'll build a professional portfolio with real-world projects and develop the skills to implement your own ideas independently.

What We're Looking For

• Current enrollment in Marketing, Graphic Design, Media Design, or Communication Design with at least 1 year remaining in your studies
• Availability of 16-20 hours per week during the semester with flexible scheduling
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere or similar video editing software
• Passion for design and creative trends with an eye for detail and aesthetics
• Knowledge of current trends, developments, and innovations in the design world
• Reliability and attention to detail that makes you a dependable team member
• Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and a hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative team player approach
