About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential mobility benefits organization based in Germany in their search for a Senior Digital Creative with AI expertise. This is a remote role supporting digital content strategy and emerging production capabilities for a growing team.

As the senior creative lead, you will elevate the conceptual quality of digital communications, develop content strategies for digital channels, and pioneer AI-powered video production workflows. You will collaborate with content leadership, marketing stakeholders, and channel owners to deliver high-impact digital assets and establish new creative standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and strategic approaches for digital content and campaigns across multiple formats
• Translate concepts into concrete designs and produce digital assets hands-on
• Provide conceptual foundation for smaller-scale projects and guide them from ideation through visual execution
• Build and establish AI-powered video production as a core team capability, continuously advancing methods and standards
• Contribute expert perspective to creative processes, quality standards, and team workflows
• Work closely with content leadership and cross-functional marketing teams

What We're Looking For

• Strong creative and conceptual skills specifically for digital formats and channels
• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools in creative production with ability to assess practical use cases
• Hands-on experience across various digital channels and content formats
• Visual execution capabilities; art direction background highly preferred
• Independent working style with solution-oriented, pragmatic approach to moving projects forward
• German language proficiency at C1 level or above required
• Strong ownership mentality and interest in emerging creative technologies
