About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential mobility solutions organization in their search for a Working Student Sales Operations. This is a remote position based in Germany, ideal for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in CRM administration, data quality, and sales process support while maintaining flexibility around academic commitments.

You'll work closely with our client's Sales Operations team, helping maintain critical systems and documentation that keep their sales organization running smoothly. This role offers excellent exposure to modern sales tech stacks and operational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and structure content, documents, and information in SharePoint
• Review and update CRM data in HubSpot to ensure reliable data quality
• Support the creation, maintenance, and management of sales reports and dashboards
• Create and update training materials and process documentation for the Sales team
• Handle administrative tasks while developing a comprehensive understanding of sales processes and systems
• Depending on your skills and interests, take on smaller projects such as improving SharePoint organization and structure

What We're Looking For

• Interest in CRM systems and meticulous data maintenance, ideally with HubSpot experience
• Structured, careful, and reliable working style
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Initial experience with reports, dashboards, or data analysis is advantageous
• Genuine interest in sales processes and sales operations
• Currently enrolled as a student in Germany
