Senior Sales Development Representative (m/f/x) – German Speaking

About This Opportunity

Our client is a leading European SaaS platform serving the retail and e-commerce sector. They work with major brands and retailers across the continent, providing innovative digital solutions that transform how products are showcased online. We are representing them in their search for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join their growing Berlin team and drive new business across German-speaking markets.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified prospects across the retail, e-commerce, and consumer electronics sectors
• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to generate new opportunities
• Conduct thorough pre-qualification conversations to assess prospect fit and readiness
• Design and run A/B tests on messaging and outreach tactics to optimize response rates
• Analyze customer needs, competitive positioning, and market trends to refine engagement strategies
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to share market insights and hand off qualified leads
• Build pipeline and contribute to revenue targets through consistent opportunity generation

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of sales development experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record with cold outreach and top-of-funnel lead generation
• Hunter mentality with strong prospecting instincts and persistence
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
• Experience testing and iterating on outreach strategies across multiple channels
• Collaborative team player who celebrates wins together
• Some exposure to deal closing is advantageous
• Familiarity with the retail, e-commerce, or digital content space is beneficial

Location and Work Arrangement

This role is based in Berlin with a hybrid working model, offering flexibility between office and remote work. You will be part of a collaborative team environment with 30 vacation days per year plus additional workation flexibility within the EU.

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive within the Berlin SaaS market, including base salary and monthly commission structure.
