Senior Projektmanager Bau (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction management organization in Düsseldorf seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager. In this role, you will:

• Oversee and coordinate demanding construction projects throughout all project phases from conception to completion
• Lead and align all project participants including design offices, specialist engineers, and executing contractors
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, budget parameters, and delivery timelines throughout project execution
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, authorities, specialist planners, and stakeholders during the entire project lifecycle
• Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on project meetings while developing appropriate solution strategies for project-related challenges

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable discipline
• Several years of professional experience in project control, project management, or construction management of complex building projects
• Solid knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and relevant technical and legal frameworks
• Proficient use of MS Office and common project management and control tools
• Structured, communicative, and solution-oriented personality with strong organizational skills
• Fluency in German required for this position
