Director/Senior Director of Client Services

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential enterprise software client seeking a Director or Senior Director of Client Services. This strategic role oversees cross-functional delivery teams and serves as the primary liaison between clients, engineering, and subject matter experts to ensure successful solution implementation and ongoing value optimization.

This is a remote position within the United States, with preference for candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones. Occasional travel may be required based on client or project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery and project management of enterprise software solutions for a defined client portfolio
• Partner with clients to transform business processes through solution integration and activation
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, engineers, and subject matter experts
• Educate client stakeholders at all organizational levels on platform capabilities and business-specific insights
• Provide strategic input to technological development of solution offerings
• Support multidisciplinary teams working with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing technologies
• Drive adoption and scaling of business process transformations across client organizations

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue growth management (RGM) from a global consumer packaged goods (CPG) company
• Demonstrated experience in one or more: Trade Promotions, Pricing, Assortment, or Supply Planning
• Proven track record managing client-vendor relationships within software technology environments, preferably involving AI technologies
• Prior management experience leading cross-functional teams and working directly with clients
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for analyzing large datasets
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and business audiences
• Strong documentation capabilities including use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, state charts, data dictionaries, and relationship diagrams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Business Intelligence technologies
• Statistical programming experience (R, Python, or similar languages)

This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation, employer-paid employee-only health coverage (medical, dental, vision), 15 days PTO plus 7 holidays and 3 floating holidays, and 401k participation.
