SAP Cloud ERP Strategist – SAP GROW

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client in their search for an experienced SAP Cloud ERP Strategist specializing in SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. This remote position requires a strategic thinker who can help organizations navigate their ERP modernization journey by aligning business objectives with technology strategies.

Our talent team is seeking a professional with deep SAP expertise and strong business acumen to advise executive stakeholders on digital transformation, operating model design, and cloud adoption strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of business strategy and enterprise technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud ERP transformation strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives
• Assess current ERP landscapes, business processes, and organizational readiness for cloud adoption
• Create ERP modernization roadmaps, business cases, and transformation plans
• Advise on SAP GROW adoption strategies and implementation approaches
• Define target operating models leveraging SAP best practices and standard business processes
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and transformation sponsors
• Facilitate executive workshops, visioning sessions, and strategic planning discussions
• Present transformation recommendations, investment justifications, and value realization strategies
• Evaluate and recommend process standardization and harmonization opportunities
• Promote Fit-to-Standard and Clean Core principles within SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
• Provide strategic guidance on organizational readiness and change management
• Stay current on SAP innovation roadmaps and ERP modernization trends

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of ERP consulting, transformation, or enterprise strategy experience
• 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA and cloud ERP transformation experience
• Demonstrated expertise with SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
• Proven experience in ERP strategy, roadmapping, and business transformation
• Executive advisory services and operating model design experience
• Background in organizational change management
• Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Professional Services processes
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior business leaders

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Certification
• SAP Activate Methodology experience
• MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Consumer Products, Healthcare, or Professional Services
• Management consulting or enterprise architecture background
