Product Designer | Senior

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization building AI-powered workflow automation tools. Our talent team is searching for a Senior Product Designer to join their product organization in Poland. This role offers the chance to shape AI-native experiences from discovery through delivery, working at the intersection of complex systems design and rapid experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to define solutions in ambiguous problem spaces
• Lead problem discovery activities rather than simply executing predefined designs
• Run lightweight discovery processes, rapid experiments, and prototypes to validate design decisions before development
• Conduct regular user research using efficient, AI-assisted methods appropriate to available resources
• Design experiences that build user trust while accounting for AI limitations including hallucinations, latency, and model constraints
• Apply systems-thinking to ensure product coherence and consistency across the ecosystem
• Ship incremental MVPs balancing speed with quality, iterating based on user feedback while maintaining long-term vision
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines without compromising standards
• Contribute to design pattern evolution and help scale the overall product experience

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Proven startup experience with ability to work flexibly without rigid processes
• Experience designing AI-powered or complex systems demonstrating systems-thinking versus isolated feature work
• Clear communication skills with ability to explain trade-offs, constraints, and design reasoning
• Capability to identify key assumptions and validate them quickly through experiments, prototypes, or user insights
• Experience defining success metrics and using product data to guide design iteration
• Hands-on experience with user research methods: analytics, usability testing, user interviews, or related UX research techniques
• Ability to drive design processes independently while remaining collaborative
• Focus on user problems and organizational outcomes beyond UI deliverables
• Basic technical understanding and familiarity with modern web technologies
• Strong curiosity about AI and how UX creates understandable, trustworthy systems
• Portfolio highlighting complex SaaS products, multi-step workflows, and mobile applications; case studies showing end-to-end product design work highly valued

Pay

Gross monthly salary: 24,600–29,500 PLN
