Senior Value Engineer – Scale Team

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization seeking a Senior Value Engineer for their Scale Team in Munich. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor driving value realization and adoption across a portfolio of accounts. You will build scalable engagement strategies, manage critical customer touchpoints, and identify expansion opportunities while mitigating renewal risks.

Your day-to-day work includes:

• Driving value, adoption, and executive sponsorship as a trusted advisor to customers and partners across your portfolio
• Establishing robust Centers of Excellence and coaching customers toward self-sufficiency in their value journey
• Orchestrating strategic partner management and coaching partners to deliver operational account work that drives customer health
• Leading 1:N program management through scalable motions including value bootcamps, sprint sessions, and innovation deployments
• Building stakeholder trust across a broad portfolio through highly efficient, scaled interactions rather than traditional high-touch relationships
• Maintaining cross-industry fluency and leveraging AI-curated industry briefs to accelerate context-switching across diverse accounts
• Developing AI-orchestrated account plans that incorporate platform best practices and partner applications
• Utilizing AI-driven tools to monitor portfolio health and proactively surface renewal risks and expansion opportunities
• Deploying automated value reports and strategic guidance that empower customers to drive their own outcomes
• Operating as an AI-fluent professional, using copilots and intelligent agents to produce technical outputs efficiently
• Partnering with internal technical teams for highly complex builds while maintaining focus on big-picture value delivery

What We're Looking For

Native-level German proficiency is required. You must be able to lead customer workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage stakeholder interactions in German.

Essential qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with programmatic execution and complex product delivery, including end-to-end post-sales customer journeys and value realization for customer portfolios
• Broad industry and domain expertise with understanding of business processes and proven ability to identify improvement opportunities across sectors
• High AI fluency, capable of leveraging copilots and intelligent agents to accelerate workflows, craft business cases, and monitor portfolio health
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to quickly build trust across technical users and C-level executives
• Proven experience with scaled engagement including hosting webinars, leading cohort enablement, and driving community engagement
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical field, or Business/Economics with technical minor
• Passion for empowering customers and partners through training, support, and strategic insights
• Agility to context-switch and cross-pollinate best practices across industries
