Lead/Principal Management & Technology Consultant – Manufacturing/Production

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization seeking a Lead/Principal Management & Technology Consultant specializing in Manufacturing/Production processes. This role is based in Munich and requires native-level German proficiency.

As a trusted advisor, you will help enterprise clients achieve strategic goals through data-driven business transformation. You'll take full ownership of the end-to-end value journey—landing new relationships, expanding existing ones, driving adoption, and securing renewals. This is an individual contributor role at senior or principal level (assessed during hiring).

Responsibilities

Identify & Frame Value

• Discover and translate clients' strategic priorities into high-impact process intelligence use cases
• Build compelling demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices
• Conduct value assessments or proof-of-value projects, presenting strategic roadmaps to C-level executives

Realize Value

• Facilitate business value workshops using process mining and analytics to identify process improvement opportunities
• Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives
• Present results and realized value to senior management and C-suite stakeholders in German

Scale Value

• Own the complete customer value journey from initial engagement through expansion and renewal
• Build strategic roadmaps embedding process intelligence as a business transformation platform
• Collaborate with product development teams to enhance platform capabilities based on client use cases

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills:

• Background in analytical roles focused on demonstrating value through business data analysis and process improvement
• Experience in customer-facing Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with SaaS providers, or in enterprise Center of Excellence roles
• Strong knowledge of business software applications (e.g., SAP) and experience implementing RPA, BI tools, dashboards, or workflow automation
• Working knowledge of Python and/or SQL
• Proven ability to identify process improvement use cases and deploy change initiatives
• Project management experience handling multiple concurrent projects at different lifecycle stages
• Executive stakeholder management skills with ability to prepare and communicate roadmaps and results to C-level audiences
• Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives
• Industry expertise in Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals preferred
• Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or comparable field
• Native-level German language skills (written and spoken) with ability to confidently lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and present to executive stakeholders in German
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive with the Munich market for senior consulting roles in enterprise software.
