Associate (AI) Solution Consultant – Orbit Program

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization seeking an Associate AI Solution Consultant for their 12-month graduate development program. You will begin with a 2-year onboarding period in Madrid, with possible relocation to Munich afterward. Your customer base will be in the DACH region, requiring travel to meet clients in person.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of technology and business, solving business-critical problems for strategic enterprise customers. Your responsibilities include:

• AI Discovery and Solutioning: Understand customer AI strategies and business challenges, translating requirements into innovative solutions that deliver measurable impact
• Hackathons and Prototyping: Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to rapidly build creative prototypes during customer hackathons, solving complex business problems
• Agentic Process Transformation: Support customers in achieving ROI from AI deployments at scale, enabling autonomous AI agents within business operations
• Proof Projects: Execute end-to-end business-critical proof-of-value projects, showcasing platform capabilities tailored to customer needs
• Domain Specialization: Develop expertise in specific domains such as supply chain or industry verticals to scale knowledge across the organization
• Business Impact Presentations: Articulate and quantify strategic business value, delivering impactful presentations to senior executives
• Project Success: Stay involved with projects until agreed value and adoption thresholds are reached
• Best Practice Development: Contribute to the global center of excellence by creating reusable collateral, best practices, and tools

During the program, you will gain expertise in discovery, AI solutioning, platform coding (SQL, PQL, Python), business and technical requirements scoping, objection handling, industry domain knowledge, presentation delivery, value selling, and account management.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field
• Excellent academic performance
• Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology
• Understanding of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning
• Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) plus data engineering tools
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with ability to apply technology to business challenges
• Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering value
• Confidence presenting to diverse audiences
• Proactive problem-solving approach with willingness to learn from mistakes
• Curiosity, self-motivation, commitment to continuous learning, and desire to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Fluency in German and English (required)
• Foundational business acumen and domain understanding in areas such as Supply Chain

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degrees combining technical (Computer Science, Data Science) and business (Economics, Marketing) skills
• Customer-facing, customer success/service, or sales experience
• Hands-on experience with technical proof-of-concept projects
• Experience building agentic systems using LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, and prompt engineering
• Working knowledge of LLM ecosystem tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other open-source packages
• Supply Chain process experience (Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Production)
• Experience modeling ROI and TCO for business case justification
• Experience with ERPs such as SAP and/or Oracle
