Responsibilities

• Acquire new business clients and expand relationships with existing accounts
• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for direct placement roles
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on their hiring needs and talent strategies
• Report on business development and placement activity to regional and senior leadership

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational or professional training in a commercial or technical field
• Several years of proven experience within the staffing and recruitment industry, with a focus on direct placement (permanent hiring)
• Strong sales orientation and business development skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own client portfolio
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
