Core Duties
- Corporate Law Support: Assist with research and analysis of corporate law and regulatory requirements, support in general contract review and negotiation, and provide assistance for global real estate and insurance programs. Contribute to the development of departmental processes and policies.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various corporate matters.
- Contract Review & Negotiation: Support in reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining and updating corporate governance documents and procedures.
- General Corporate Work: Provide general legal support to the company's operations and projects.
