About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-established construction organization in Stuttgart that specializes in large-scale commercial building projects. Our client maintains a strong market position through quality execution, efficient processes, and a robust project pipeline. They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major construction initiatives with full accountability and strategic oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex large-scale commercial construction projects from inception through completion
• Direct and coordinate project teams while managing all internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality objectives throughout all project phases
• Oversee contract management, change orders, risk assessment, and financial project controls
• Serve as primary contact for clients, design consultants, authorities, and subcontractors at management level

What We're Looking For

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable technical qualification
• Multiple years of proven experience leading complex commercial construction or large-scale building projects
• Strong knowledge of financial and technical project controls, as well as construction contract law (VOB familiarity preferred)
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities with entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach with high quality standards
• German language proficiency required for this role
