About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-established construction organization in Stuttgart seeking a Senior Site Manager for structural works (Rohbau). Our client specializes in demanding high-rise and commercial building projects, maintaining a strong reputation for quality execution and financial stability. This role offers significant autonomy in managing complex construction sites from foundation to structure completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage demanding structural construction projects independently
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site construction teams
• Ensure construction execution meets schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Monitor construction progress and coordinate workflows across trades and interfaces
• Maintain close communication with project management, clients, specialist planners, and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Degree in civil engineering, advanced qualification as Techniker/Meister, or comparable credentials
• Several years of proven experience in site management for structural works or high-rise construction
• Solid knowledge of construction sequences and relevant technical and contractual regulations
• Strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and organizational capability
• Independent, structured working style with confident and communicative presence
• German language proficiency required for this role
