Senior Partner Growth Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential retail technology organization seeking a Senior Partner Growth Manager based in Hatfield. Our client works with major global retailers to deliver advanced e-commerce platforms and automation solutions. This senior-level role offers the opportunity to directly influence commercial outcomes for some of the largest retailers in EMEA, requiring reasonable travel to Saudi Arabia and/or Europe.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver growth strategies for assigned partners, supporting improved commercial outcomes including customer acquisition, retention, order growth and profitability
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key commercial, marketing, and e-commerce stakeholders in partner businesses
• Work closely with partners' e-commerce, marketing and technology teams to align growth priorities and execution
• Use growth, trading and customer data analytics to understand commercial performance, identify trends and opportunities, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
• Translate partner growth objectives into prioritized growth initiatives and optimization opportunities that support long-term commercial success
• Act as primary growth and e-commerce subject matter expert for partners, providing recommendations on e-commerce configuration, trading, monetization and customer experience
• Own partner relationship for e-commerce and growth platform roadmap engagement, serving as the named point of contact for trading, monetization, and customer experience topics
• Represent partner growth and e-commerce requirements in platform roadmap governance processes
• Monitor delivery and adoption of growth-critical features and capabilities, working with internal teams and partners to maximize realized commercial value
• Identify and escalate risks, dependencies or delivery issues that may impact partner ability to realize growth
• Support partners in optimal platform configuration to drive maximum customer acquisition, retention and basket size
• Consult with partners through in-depth projects and ongoing optimization forums aimed at improving commercial performance

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic and European languages are highly desirable
• Experience in one or several of the following fields:
  • Performance marketing within a direct-to-consumer business (grocery e-commerce experience a plus)
  • Commercial or trading experience in a direct-to-consumer business (grocery e-commerce experience a plus)
  • Retail management consulting
• Familiarity and passion for data-driven marketing, consumer insight, and e-commerce
• Experience measuring and optimizing key growth metrics including user growth, conversion, and LTV
• Bias to action with capability to design data-driven strategies and secure implementation
• Strong stakeholder, relationship building and networking skills
• Team player comfortable interacting with partner teams at senior levels
• Self-motivated with ability to deliver to deadlines and multi-task under pressure
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty
• Able to handle difficult situations with positivity, confidence and pragmatism
