Account Executive

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media agency seeking an Account Executive to join a close-knit team of nine audio-visual specialists working with a major FMCG portfolio. In this role, you will support senior team members in delivering high-quality AV campaigns across multiple consumer brands spanning beauty, personal care, home care, and nutrition categories.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with all aspects of AV campaign management from initial brief through to post-campaign analysis, including planning, negotiating, buying space, monitoring performance, and optimising campaigns to meet business objectives and KPIs
• Booking and monitoring AV campaigns while working directly with media owners to extract maximum value
• Developing thorough understanding of all AV tools and platforms used in campaign delivery
• Evaluating media options and staying current with the dynamic AV marketplace
• Contributing to and presenting implementation plans and campaign results both internally and externally
• Supporting billing and invoicing processes, ensuring proper compliance procedures are followed
• Building collaborative relationships across planning and other departments to deliver integrated client service
• Managing and prioritising your own workload effectively

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will bring:

• High degree of numeracy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to build relationships at all levels
• Ability to work effectively with media-literate clients who expect the highest professionalism
• Capability to understand and communicate across internal departments and external agencies
• Right to work in the United Kingdom
