Talent Acquisition Manager | Tech (f/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing fintech client in Berlin that is building critical infrastructure for private markets. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager — Tech to own end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics roles. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives on ownership, works strategically with technical leaders, and can build robust pipelines in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

• Own assigned technical searches from kick-off through accepted offer and onboarding handover, creating clear scorecards, interview plans, sourcing strategies, and delivery forecasts
• Build targeted outbound pipelines and engage passive technical talent with relevant, personalized communication
• Develop reusable talent maps and cultivate relationships across referrals and technical communities
• Partner with hiring managers on talent availability, location, compensation benchmarking, role leveling, and search feasibility
• Maintain a high bar for interview quality, timely feedback loops, and consistent candidate assessment
• Manage competing searches through explicit prioritization, milestone tracking, pipeline coverage metrics, and risk signals
• Keep ATS workflows, reporting, and role-level forecasts accurate and up to date
• Create a strong candidate experience and close effectively by understanding motivation, concerns, and decision criteria early
• Use AI and automation responsibly to improve research, preparation, reporting, and follow-up while retaining human judgment and data quality

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment with meaningful ownership of technical roles in a fast-moving environment; a mix of agency and startup experience is a plus
• Demonstrated success hiring across a diverse set of roles and seniorities within Engineering, Product, Design, and Data
• Intrinsically self-starting: you identify gaps, form a point of view, propose solutions, and close loops without detailed direction
• Resilient and persistent when searches, stakeholders, or candidates become difficult, while recognizing when to change course
• Curious about technical work, talent markets, and business context; you learn quickly enough to calibrate credibly with Engineering, Product, and Analytics leaders
• Creative sourcer who develops new talent pools, messaging strategies, and routes to market when standard processes aren't enough
• Value structured kick-offs, scorecards, ATS discipline, and data, but understand that process supports judgment rather than replacing it
• Use recruiting data, AI, and automation responsibly without outsourcing human judgment
• Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive for the Berlin market and seniority level.
