We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join their team on a fully remote basis. This position offers the opportunity to support critical business operations while working from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain company data, records, spreadsheets, and databases
• Review information for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors or discrepancies as needed
• Process and organize production, inventory, purchasing, shipping, and administrative documents
• Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets and retrieve information as requested
• Maintain confidentiality and organized records while following company procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to support daily administrative and data-management needs

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Good typing and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Willingness to learn company systems and procedures
