Mid Market Account Executive – DACH

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential IoT technology organization seeking a Mid Market Account Executive - DACH to join their high-performing London-based team. Our client is a publicly traded leader in connected operations technology, serving industries that power the global economy including logistics, construction, field services, and manufacturing.

This is a remote-first role based in London or Germany, with regular client visits across the DACH region (typically fortnightly). You'll own the full sales cycle, managing deals from €10k to €300k across a complex product suite, engaging multiple stakeholders from Managing Directors to Finance Directors.

Responsibilities

• Build and own your pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting, targeting 80-90% net-new logo acquisition
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations with field-based operational leaders across diverse industries
• Manage multi-stakeholder deal cycles including technical proof-of-concepts and commercial negotiations
• Navigate complex sales involving 15+ products sold to 8 different buyer personas
• Develop deep understanding of customer operations to position technology solutions that address specific pain points
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity metrics using structured sales methodologies
• Travel regularly within Germany and the DACH region to meet prospects and clients face-to-face

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 18 months in full-cycle, outbound-heavy SaaS sales with demonstrated success building pipeline from scratch
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in competitive environments
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and technical evaluations
• Native German language proficiency with strong English communication skills
• Hunter mentality with the ability to self-source opportunities through research and cold outreach
• Legal right to work in the UK or Germany

Preferred:

• Familiarity with structured sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Command the Message
• Data-driven approach to sales activity management and funnel analysis
• Intellectual curiosity about operational industries and how businesses function
• Commitment to continuous improvement through feedback and process iteration
• Comfort selling to field-based operational leaders who may be less digitally native
