About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential CI/CD platform client that is reimagining how developers interact with autonomous build systems and AI-driven development workflows. This is a remote, full-stack engineering role with global flexibility.

Our client is building the next generation of interfaces for software delivery—where AI agents don't just execute pipelines, but interpret failures, propose fixes, and surface insights that require human judgment. The tools developers will use to understand and trust this work don't exist yet. You'll help invent them.

This is a team-agnostic hire. Your placement will be determined based on where your strengths create the most impact—whether that's pipeline experience tooling, notification systems, monetization flows, AI agent interfaces, or foundational web platform work. The common thread: full-stack ownership, high craft standards, and direct influence on how tens of thousands of developers work every day.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-native features from the ground up, using AI as a default part of problem-solving, not an add-on
• Invent new developer interfaces for autonomous pipelines that generate fixes and surface results requiring human judgment
• Own features end-to-end across the stack using Go, React, and TypeScript—no handoffs at layer boundaries
• Design for reliability and responsiveness as core product concerns, not operational afterthoughts
• Champion observability using tools like Honeycomb, Datadog, and Rollbar to drive system stability and improvement
• Proactively identify and close gaps across the product and engineering organization

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of production full-stack engineering experience with real shipped products
• Daily use of AI tools in your workflow, with clear examples of what you've built, where AI changed your approach, and where it falls short
• Strong React and TypeScript skills with the ability to own backend services in Go, including API design, data modeling, and service integration
• System design thinking: you make conscious architecture tradeoffs and document your reasoning
• Production mindset: you treat latency, responsiveness, and reliability as design concerns and are comfortable operating distributed services
• Product-oriented engineering: you care as much about the user experience as the code quality
• Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces where established patterns don't yet exist
