Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital agency and SaaS organization in Würzburg that needs a social media working student to take full ownership of two brand accounts. You will manage content from concept through analysis across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms, developing your own ideas and posting schedules to drive measurable growth.

You will appear on camera regularly, filming reels and short videos about AI, digital marketing, and e-commerce topics. Working closely with leadership, you will help build and produce a podcast format—recording sessions, editing episodes, and repurposing clips for social distribution. You will track trends, test new formats, and use performance data to refine your approach without needing direction from above.

What We're Looking For

• Autonomous social media experience: You want to run accounts end-to-end, not just support someone else's strategy.
• Comfort on camera: You enjoy filming reels, speaking directly to the lens, and potentially co-hosting podcast content.
• Genuine interest in AI and digital topics: You can explain automation, e-commerce tools, and online marketing in a clear, engaging way.
• Self-starter mindset: You generate ideas, plan your own calendar, and execute without waiting for assignments.
• Platform fluency: You understand what performs on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Basic video editing: Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software—or eagerness to learn quickly.
• Trend awareness and collaboration: You spot emerging formats early and thrive on team feedback.
• German fluency: This role requires creating content in German for a local and DACH audience.
