Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fashion retail organization with a global presence. We're seeking a Head of IT & Systems to lead technology strategy and execution from their Paris headquarters.

This leadership role will define and deliver the technology roadmap that enables sustainable scaling and data-driven decision-making across a multi-channel retail operation. You'll partner with Finance, Product, Production, Retail, E-commerce and other business teams to translate needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.

You will own the evolution of the global technology ecosystem—including ERP, PLM, data and BI platforms, integrations, retail and workplace technology, cybersecurity and infrastructure—while leading major transformation initiatives from vision through adoption.

This is a hybrid position based in Paris, with a preference for in-person work. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer. Target start date: January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global technology strategy and roadmap, aligning systems, architecture and investment priorities with business growth, operational needs, risk and ROI
• Lead the evolution of core business systems including NetSuite (ERP), PLM platforms, e-commerce solutions, retail POS, data/BI platforms and integrations, with focus on simplifying and strengthening the technology landscape
• Lead major technology transformation projects end to end, from business requirements and process mapping through solution design, partner selection, implementation, testing, change management and adoption
• Act as strategic technology partner across Finance, Product, Production, Planning, Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale, People and Operations to improve workflows and enable scalable ways of working
• Build stronger data and integration foundations, improving data quality, governance and system connectivity while reducing manual processes and enabling reliable reporting and analytics
• Own the broader technology operating environment including infrastructure, workplace technology, cybersecurity, access management, business continuity and IT support across offices and stores
• Manage technology investments and external partners including integrators, SaaS vendors and managed-service providers, ensuring clear accountability, strong delivery and measurable business value
• Shape the future of the technology function, including approaches to AI and automation, and progressively build the right capabilities, governance and operating model

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of progressive experience across information systems, enterprise technology, business systems or technology transformation, ideally within fashion, retail, consumer goods or operationally complex environments
• Strong track record leading ERP and enterprise systems transformation projects from requirements through implementation and adoption; NetSuite experience is a strong plus; exposure to PLM, e-commerce platforms, POS, data platforms or BI tools highly valued
• Strong understanding of business processes and data flows, with ability to translate between technical teams, vendors and non-technical stakeholders across Finance, Product, Production, Operations and Commercial functions
• Strong understanding of integrations, data architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure and enterprise technology fundamentals, with judgment to make pragmatic decisions in lean environments
• Proven experience managing technology vendors, implementation partners, budgets and cross-functional programs with strong commercial judgment and focus on ROI
• Strategic and pragmatic leadership style: able to establish clear direction, influence senior stakeholders and lead complex initiatives while remaining close to work to ensure strong execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions, cultures and geographies
• Fluent English and French required; willingness to travel internationally as needed
