Field Trainer Nordrhein-Westfalen

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential premium lingerie company seeking a Field Trainer for Nordrhein-Westfalen. This is a permanent, remote-based position ideal for candidates living in or near Düsseldorf or Köln.

You will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering training and coaching to retail partners throughout the region. Through store visits, product training sessions, and hands-on coaching, you'll help elevate the customer experience and strengthen brand presence across department stores and specialty boutiques.

This is a dynamic field role with regular travel throughout Nordrhein-Westfalen. You'll work closely with sales teams, conduct classroom and webinar sessions, and support in-store events and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product, sales, and customer experience training to retail partners and store teams
• Provide on-the-floor coaching to store personnel, supporting practical application of training content
• Organize and facilitate training sessions, events, classroom workshops, and webinars
• Present product features, fit expertise, and brand positioning in an inspiring, practical manner
• Support retail teams in continuously improving consultation quality, customer experience, and sales performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with department stores and retail partners through regular store visits
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, sharing feedback and insights from the field
• Work with product development and internal stakeholders to translate product knowledge into effective training modules
• Develop and enhance training materials creatively
• Rapidly build comprehensive knowledge of the brand portfolio, collections, and products

What We're Looking For

• Retail experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Retail Coach, Trainer, or similar role
• Experience in coaching, employee development, or team leadership is advantageous
• Background in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail is welcome but not mandatory
• Genuine enthusiasm for premium brands and a strong understanding of high-quality customer experiences
• Passion for inspiring, motivating, and developing people
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in group settings
• Customer-focused mindset combined with commercial thinking
• Strong organizational ability to coordinate travel, planning, and multiple stakeholders efficiently
• Self-directed, proactive, and eager to learn
• Constructive approach to feedback and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and best practices
• Team spirit, authenticity, and a grounded, practical attitude
• Fluent German and English required; applications and communication will be conducted in English
• Ideally located in the Düsseldorf or Köln area
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Nordrhein-Westfalen
